Our standard warranty period is 1 year and artificial damage is not within the scope of warranty. We do offer a longer year extended warranty if needed, there will be extra charge.
It depends on order requirements, order quantity and our production line schedule. Generally 2-4 working days for small orders after receiving payment; 10-15 working days for larger orders. Please kindly advise your specific order quantity, then we can give you accurate delivery time.

We will send you installation guidance manual.
Generally we do not send our own installers to customer’s site, because the products are easy to install, moreover, we will provide installation guidance manual and technical support. Last but not least, the VISA is always a uncertain factor.

The smart films come either in a roll (without busbar) or sheet (with busbar);

Self-adhesive smart film: Standard width is 1m, 1.2m and 1.5m and 1.8m the maximum length in sheet is 3m and unlimited in roll.
Non-adhesive smart film: Standard width is 1m, 1.2m, 1.5m, 1.8m and 2m, the maximum length in sheet is 3m and unlimited in roll.
Smart glass: Maximum size is 2m (width) * 3.66m (length).
Custom shapes and sizes are available for smart film and smart glass.
Architectural films: Standard width is 1.52m, each roll length can be 30m, 50m, 60m, etc.
Smart film and smart glass: The color that sells best is white/milky, we also manufacture black, gray, blue, yellow, red, etc.
Safety & security film: Clear/transparent.
Solar film: Silver, blue silver, black silver, green sliver, blue silver, gray silver, gold silver, etc.

BusBar is the thin conductive copper strip that are affixed to the end of smart film and to which the electrical wires are soldered. They allow the electric current to activate the liquid crystal molecules within the film.
Generally the busbars are on short side and you can choose as well.

Generally we accept payments in US $. 50% before production, the balance before shipment.
Payments can be made using following methods:
T/T (Wire Transfer, Electronic Bank Transfer): Ideally all payments should be made by T/T. Details of the account to which payment should be made are clearly identified on our Proforma Invoices.
L/C (Letter of Credit): As a general rule we do not accept payment by Letter of Credit unless the order value is in excess of US $10,000. Of course, for countries, like Bangladesh, must use L/C to import goods, we can negotiate in details.
Western Union: For sample order or small amount order, we use Western Union.

The choice really depends on any budget constraints and also how quickly you want the goods. Please Note that with larger systems (ie. where the packed height of an item exceeds 155 cm – the usual cargo height restriction for cargo on a normal passenger aircraft) air freight may not be an available option if the destination airport is not serviced by a dedicated air cargo freighter service.
